GOVERNING BOARD OF REGENTS

The Governing Board of Regents (G-Board) establishes the policies and procedures of the Organization and manages the Organization in conformity with the by-laws and parliamentary procedures. The G-Board is responsible for overseeing the National Council and Chapter Leadership to ensure all branches of government are acting in accordance to the by-laws. The G-Board also serves as advisory to the National Executive Board.
