Dylan Dugué is a proud native of New Orleans, Louisiana, and currently serves his second term as President of the Delta Psi chapter of Nu Phi Omicron, Inc. A graduate of John Ehret High School, he is pursuing a degree in Business Management at Texas Southern University while performing as a snare drummer in the world-renowned “Ocean of Soul” Marching Band.

Initiated into Delta Psi in Fall 2023, Dylan has remained dedicated to strengthening chapter unity, professionalism, and community impact through leadership and service. With over 12 years of musical experience, he is recognized for his discipline, mentorship, and commitment to developing younger musicians both within his organization and throughout his hometown community.

In support of his continued growth as a leader and his vision for serving the band community, Dylan was initiated into the Gamma Omega chapter of Kappa Kappa Psi National Honorary Band Fraternity in Spring 2026. Through every role he serves in, he remains committed to building legacy, uplifting others, and continuing to elevate the standards and vision of Delta Psi.
