Delta Psi

The Delta Psi Chapter of Nu Phi Omicron, Inc. was established at Texas Southern University by four founding members; Donald Louding, Jr., Allen Smith, Wilbert Charles, and Terrence Wright whose leadership and collective vision introduced the organization to the campus community. Their efforts laid the foundation for the chapter’s presence and continued growth within the university’s band culture.
